“A mother’s love is the veil of a soft light between the heart and God” -Coleridge A mother is blessed with the power of nurturing a complete life in her womb. No love can exceed or even match the love of a mother for her child. JP International School gave a tribute to God’s most wonderful creation on earth by celebrating Mother’s Day on May 12th, 2018 in the school premises. The celebrations began with a welcome speech by the Headmistress of Primary Wing, Ms. HimanTaneja followed by the lighting of the auspicious lamp and a melodious musical performance. Games like ‘Balls in the Basket’, ‘Packing the Bag’, ‘Letter Sequence’ were organized too. The guests had the privilege of attending a Bakery Workshop by the renowned chef Ms. Parul Saxena. Prizes for the ‘Best Dressed Mother’ were given away to the mothers of the Primary and Pre Primary students. All the lovely ladies were treated with some mouth watering goodies. The event culminated with the vote of thanks proposed by the Pre Primary Coordinator, Ms. Harshita.
