CLUBS @ JPIS

Clubs are a great way to ensure that students partake in co-scholastic and extra-curricular activities. Clubs allow the students to explore their talents, hobbies and provide an outlet to the students to express their innovative creativity.

These clubs keeps the students engaged by organizing various events, competition and activities like Book Review, Debate, Essay Writing, Elocution, Extempore, Report Writing, Best out of waste, Rakhi making, Flower arrangement, Poster making, Collage Making, Painting, Food and Salad Decoration, Tree Plantation, Rallies on Social Issue, sessions on Personality  Development, Inter Personal skills and many more.

Beyond class-rooms, the opportunity is given to all learners to participate in various activities verbal and non-verbal exercises and activities like extempore, debates, dramatics, communication classes with a focus on reading, writing, speaking with the help of trained academic teams. Club also invites experts from the corporate world to speak with learners and share their experiences regularly. The end results are all the learners are supremely confident and smart personalities and confident speakers.

JPIS gives a huge attention and exposure to all learners and encourage them to read fervently. The literature club organizes various activities like book fairs, guest lectures, and invite authors to interact with club members to make the engagement more vibrant and interactive throughout the year.

We all are witnessing the challenges in the environment and how the whole of the World is suffering. At JPIS, we are extremely concerned and trying our best to sensitize our learners at a very young age itself. The eco club at JPIS is engaging our learners through various practical activities, personal talks, organizing outdoor activities like nature walk, tree plantation activity, etc to make them understand and enhance their knowledge about the environment and its challenge.

Art and craft club aims to develop the imagination & expression of learners through various creative activities like clay modeling, drawing, painting etc.

JP International School has signed up a strategic understanding with SPIC MACAY (Society for the Promotion of Indian Classical Music And Culture Amongst Youth) which is a non-political, nationwide, voluntary movement founded in 1977 by Dr Kiran Seth, Professor-Emeritus at IIT-Delhi who was awarded the ‘Padma Shri’ for his contribution to the arts in 2009.

The purpose of this strategic participation is to enrich the quality of formal education by increasing awareness about different aspects of Indian heritage and inspiring the young mind to imbibe the values embedded in it. It seeks to inspire youth through experiencing the mysticism embodied in the rich and heterogeneous cultural tapestry of Indian and World Heritage, with a hope that the beauty, grace, values and wisdom embodied in these arts will influence their way of life and thinking and inspire one to become a better human being.

JP International School is an active member of Rotary club and constituted Interact Club in 2016 for the students ages 12-18 with the following objectives

  • Connect with community leaders
  • Develop leadership skills
