Sports & Physical Fitness

Sports form an integral part of the school curriculum. Sports inculcate a feeling of camaraderie, team spirit, sportsmanship and a sense of responsibility and accountability. Students are encouraged to choose and participate in at least one sport.

We all believe – “Healthy mind exists in healthy body “. At JPIS, health and physical development of the students is given paramount importance. Students are encouraged to indulge in physical activity through an array of sports facilities and fitness activities like yoga, aerobics which are offered at the school.
