It broadens horizons and encourages exploration of any particular subject from a global perspective.

CBSE School

It begins with raising awareness of global challenges and creates a deeper understanding and attitudes of the people and encourages them to reflect, their own role and contribution in the world.

As we know, English is the language which, connects people from different regions, cultures and nations. It is not only a medium of communication but a powerful tool to make oneself empowered by getting employment.

A person is considered employable only when he gets the necessary qualification, experience, learning attitude and expertise in the field where he wants to seek employment. So, English is much required. As we have multi-cultural and multi-linguistic work force in the companies, English is the language which connects people by default. It is the language used for official communication; whether it is meeting within or outside, presentations, training, conferences, letters, documents, reports etc. The purpose being people are expected to read, write, speak and understand English.

The ultimate goal is not only to attain a respectable position clubbed with a handsome salary in a reputed organization but also creating perfection in the life. This prerequisite not only helps to get a good job but also improves standard of living, which is exactly empowerment through this language.

Students of JP International School while working on English Project “Employability & Empowerment with English language” for British Council had a comparative study of countries like China, Japan, Israel along with India, to understand the ratio of development & employment during last decade. They surveyed in the vicinity of NCR and interviewed parents to understand their point of view about their choices for school’s medium for their ward’s education. They participated in a group discussion to discuss & share their thoughts & opinions about the topics and research they gathered. Moreover, a group of students visited BPOs & MNCs to watch & observe their work culture and environment. They learnt a lot through these activities and research about the designated countries development and rise in employment.

Even the teachers involved in the project, enthusiastically participated in various related activities. They supported students by guiding & encouraging them.

The project has its own success story!
