In the spirit of welcoming the vibrant season of spring, JP International School in Greater Noida radiated with joy and festivity as it celebrated Basant Panchami on the 14th of February, 2024. The school's Grade VI and VII students came together in a special assembly that was nothing short of a mesmerizing ode to the onset of spring.

The assembly commenced with the ceremonial 'Deep Prajavalan ' by the Principal Ma’am  with the Coordinators and teachers, where the flickering flames illuminated the stage symbolizing the enlightenment and prosperity associated with Basant Panchami. It was a moment of serene beauty and contemplation as the school community gathered to pay homage to the goddess Saraswati, the epitome of knowledge and wisdom.

Throughout the program, students showcased their talents and reverence for the occasion. Slok recitations echoed , resonating with the spiritual essence of the festival. A poignant speech enlightened the audience about the significance of Basant Panchami, elucidating its cultural and spiritual importance. Group poem recitations in Hindi showcased the rich tapestry of the nation's linguistic heritage.

The highlight of the assembly was undoubtedly the group song dance and presentation, where melodic voices and steps intertwined with harmonious rhythms, celebrating the rejuvenation of nature and the promise of new beginnings that spring brings. As the assembly drew to a close, gratitude filled the air as a heartfelt thank you speech expressed appreciation for the collective effort and enthusiasm that made the celebration truly memorable.
