Time Management Workshop

Workshops are a valuable way for teachers to enhance their professional development. With this, they can aid in the learning and overall development of the students. Believing in the same, a special workshop on the topic 'Time Management' was organised by JP International School, Greater Noida on Saturday, 2nd December 2023 for all the staff members. The school Principal, Ms. Ruby Chandel, Coordinators, Ms. Swati Karnwal and Ms. Laxmi Singh were also present at the workshop.

The aim of the workshop was to ensure efficient use of class time by teachers, maximize learning opportunities and to help create a productive learning environment for the students.

Our honorable Principal, Ms. Ruby Chandel welcomed our esteemed resource person Mr. Lucky Puchhrat with a token of appreciation. The event commenced with a brief introduction of the esteemed guest by English HOD, Ms. Sunita Kukreti. 
The workshop began with an overview of the significance of time management in professional and personal success. The facilitator, Mr. Lucky Puchhrat highlighted how effective time management contributes to reduced stress, increased productivity, and improved overall well-being. He explained 9 important principles of 'Time Management' to ensure that teachers utilize maximum of their time without wasting a bit.

In an engaging and interactive session, he taught about prioritization of tasks based on importance and urgency, setting clear goals, meticulous planning to avoid last-minute rushes, elimination of time-wasting activities, adopting time blocking for focused work, understanding responsibilities, decluttering, speaking less and conveying more and quitting multi-tasking. He gave numerous examples to make all these principles clear.

The workshop was concluded with the Thanks giving speech by Coordinator, Ms. Swati Karnwal. We are sure that this workshop will help the educators to optimize their use of time, enhance productivity, and achieve their goals more efficiently.
